Refund Policy

Effective October 7, 2026

We want every student to enroll with confidence. This policy applies to paid programs from Modern Day Scribes, a brand of Myles Stone Media Group, including the Modern Day Scribe Institute 12-week cohort.

30-day refund window

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date, for any reason. After 30 days from purchase, payments are non-refundable.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the email address you used to enroll, with "Refund request" in the subject line. Requests are counted by the date we receive your email. We will confirm within 3 business days, and refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Pay-later and installment purchases

If you paid with Klarna or another installment option, your refund is sent to that provider, which then adjusts or closes your plan according to its own terms. Refund timing for these purchases depends on the provider.

If we change or cancel a program

If we cancel a cohort, or move its start date and the new date does not work for you, you may choose a full refund or a seat in the next cohort, regardless of the 30-day window.

After a refund

When a refund is issued, access to the program, its materials and its community spaces ends.
